Hi, I have a problem with my order, but I haven’t been able to get any response through either emailing customer service or the live chat on the website, so I am just trying whatever way I can to get a response at this point. I placed a fairly large order 4 weeks ago, and when I look at the order status from the link in my email, it says it still hasn’t shipped. But if when I put the in order # into the automatic chat to check my in order, it says it’s “fulfilled”. So how do I know what’s going on with my order? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
